My mission is to offer a healing relationship with people who are stuck in their problems. I help you to unlock your own individual strengths to empower you towards healing.

I have been a counselor in private practice since 1996. My specialties include treating adolescents and adults who struggle with many issues such as, drugs/alcohol and depression/anxiety. I also treat couples that have relationship, communication and parenting problems. I offer therapy on an individual, couple, and family basis. I also offer conjoint couples therapy for “high conflict” couples.

I assist families of teenagers to make the changes they need, so that their teenagers may begin thinking and acting like honorable young men and women.

I help you to identify and cope with triggers that are causing unhealthy behaviors and straining your relationships.

I help adults rediscover their purpose and passion, so that they may begin to act in alignment with them and be more effective in their personal and professional relationships.

I help couples discover each partner's contributions to their difficulties, and identify different choices each can make, so that together they may re-create the love, joy and fun they once shared together.

I work with a diverse population in the Santa Clara Valley especially individuals and families with cross-cultural issues.

I continue to work on my own development both personally and professionally.
